Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Streaming Service, based in Greece. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide excellent support to customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging streaming experience.
What You Will Do
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital streaming or entertainment industry.
