Peak Performers has partnered with a healthcare organization to assist in their search for a remote Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I. In this contract position, you will be responsible for supporting procurement contract compliance activities, coordinating vendor contract requirements, and ensuring adherence to organizational, state, and federal guidelines.
Major Duties
• Coordinate the execution of product attachments and compliance requirements prior to procurement awarding business to vendors.
• Monitor and track contract requests submitted to internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate submission and turnaround.
• Support the maintenance of contracting standards including templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and procedural documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of contract compliance documentation and update contract management systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement teams, and vendors to resolve questions related to contract compliance and requirements.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• General knowledge of procurement concepts, contracting processes, or regulatory compliance.
• 1-3 years of experience reviewing legal or commercial contract terms and identifying potential risks.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage high volumes of requests and maintain professional communication.
• 3+ years of experience working with either compliance, healthcare environments, or vendor contracting processes preferred.

• Rate: $34.78/hour
• W2 Contract

• Contract Length: 6 months with opportunity for extension
