Description:
• Provide tactical scheduling and long-range planning support to production teams.
• Coordinate, review, plan, and schedule business and planning inputs into an integrated master schedule.
• Work with planning teams to ensure MRP reflects production accurately.
• Use Foundry and other applications to schedule work, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare daily work schedules, track progress, update critical path schedules, and recommend adjustments to leadership.
• Perform schedule baseline change control, performance tracking, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate production, operations planning, engineering, inspection, testing, and supply chain support to meet deliverables.
• Lead root-cause analysis and help drive permanent resolution of issues found during product builds.
• Identify improvement opportunities for yield, quality, safety, cost, and team efficiency.
• Develop scheduling tools, metrics, and reporting to support scheduling maturity and enterprise goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
• 2 years of scheduling experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software preferred.
• 4 years of practical experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Must be available for all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
