Role Overview
As a mid-to-senior member of our team, you'll lead and execute environmental compliance projects with oversight from senior staff, mentor junior colleagues, and serve as a key technical contributor on Permian Basin soil and groundwater investigations.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years of project management
- Hands-on experience conducting site investigations and delineating contaminated soil and groundwater in the Permian Basin
- Working knowledge of oil and gas processes and regulations in the Permian Basin
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and requirements
- Experience applying field safety processes and procedures
- Must be local to the Carlsbad/Hobbs, NM or Midland, TX area
