Job Description: • Supervise all leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities. • Ensure all rental inquiries are answered promptly. • Monitor lead conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels. • Supervise daily posting of rental advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental platforms. • Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports. • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completed. • Manage and supervise team members and provide daily performance coaching. • Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of apartment, multifamily, or residential property management experience. • Experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff. • Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow-up, work-order management, and occupancy management. • Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees. • Strong reporting and organizational skills. • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English. • Quiet home office work environment. • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available. • Dependable electricity with power backup available. • Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or an equivalent processor. • RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher. • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe).
