Role Overview
The Ramp Manager will be responsible for onboarding and managing a portfolio of SME-level customers, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer success through the effective use of our products and services.
What You Will Do
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, and drive spend Ramp of new customers to ensure maximum customer ROI and stickiness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive customer success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and industry trends
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Pipedrive, and customer support tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
