Responsibilities
- Performs general receptionist and related clerical duties for the GHVHS physician practice
- Greets, interviews or telephones patients and/or families or other representatives to obtain necessary demographic and financial information required for reimbursement of all services rendered
- Records information into computer, pre-registers patients as scheduled
Skills
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1 year related experience in a high traffic, confidential environment
- Must be well organized with demonstrated ability to deal with all levels of the general public and upper management
- Prior physician's office experience preferred
