As our Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that build our product. You'll create a great hiring experience from first message to final offer.
What you’ll doHunt for talent across LinkedIn, niche job boards, online communities, and maybe even a few unexpected places. Get creative and think like a scout.
Craft job posts and outreach messages that don’t sound like every other company out there. Your words will make candidates want to reply.
Keep our hiring engine running smoothly by managing our ATS and making sure candidate info is always organized and up to date.
Coordinate interviews like a pro - you’ll be the go-to person making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time.
Support employer branding efforts (social media, events, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand what makes a great hire for each role.
Help improve our recruitment process and candidate experience.
