Role Overview

As an integral member of the team, the Interim Staffing Recruiter will primarily focus on leading the firm’s efforts to recruit a Contingent Workforce pool to fill various needs across all practices. This individual will manage full lifecycle recruiting of experienced contractor hires, working closely with the firm’s leaders and Partners to determine current and future talent needs, conduct market research to find the right talent, and manage all aspects of the recruiting process from initial contact through offer. This role is critical to the firm’s plans to attract premier talent within the healthcare industry.

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 base salary, plus commission. The salary range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
