Nursing, Allied Health, & Therapy Recruiter GSL Healthcare is at an exciting stage of growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help build our national nursing, allied health, and therapy staffing division. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities, and making a real impact. What You’ll Do • Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start. • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and serve as a trusted career resource. • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and proactive outreach. • Present opportunities, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding and assignment start. • Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and accurate ATS documentation. • Generate referrals and help expand GSL’s growing clinician community. • Collaborate closely with leadership to support client growth, recruiting strategy, and workforce planning. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience preferred. • Experience recruiting nursing, allied health, therapy, LTAC, or rehabilitation professionals. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Proven sourcing, recruiting, and candidate engagement experience. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • An entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow alongside a growing organization.
