If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, are tech savvy, and enjoy high-volume interviewing, we’d love to hear from you!Pay Rate: $22/hrLocation: Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspaceJob Duration: February 2026 – April 2026Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20–40 hours per week set schedule, day hoursAssessment Required: Yes, you will complete the Test Scorer writing assessment to evaluate your English proficiency and understand the candidate process.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Interview & Evaluate Candidates: Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and make hiring decisions</li><li>Foster a Positive Candidate Experience: Act as primary point of contact, respond to questions, provide timely information and coordination throughout the recruiting process</li><li>Utilize Multiple Systems and Tools: Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,</li><li>Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Work closely with your virtual team using a variety of digital communication tools and systems, provide updates and process improvement ideas</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Work Experience: 1 year experience in HR or other customer-focused work</li><li>Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently</li><li>Results-Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving.</li><li>Self-motivated & Engaged: Driven to succeed independently, with a moderate level of supervision, while presenting yourself and the company in a positive, professional manner.</li></ul>Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, we're hiring people to do meaningful work that impacts student success!DRC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
