What does it mean to be a Recruitment Coordinator?
As our Recruitment Coordinator (we call them Talent Coordination Specialists ), the main purpose of your role is to support the team with various recruitment and administrative activities to ensure that our client partnership SLAs are exceeded. You will have a varied role that will see you working closely with our dedicated recruitment team and having exposure to our client stakeholders and candidates on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Recruitment Process Coordination
- Craft and Manage Job Postings: Design and publish compelling job advertisements across diverse platforms to attract top talent.
- Effortless Interview Coordination: Seamlessly organize interviews by aligning schedules across hiring teams, managers, and candidates.
- Prepare Interviews + Resources: Interview management, create tailored interview packs and guides to support a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Team Administration and Support
- Keep Systems Current: Ensure data accuracy in trackers and maintain up-to-date information in client Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Manage the Recruitment Inbox: Efficiently direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt responses.
- Create Impactful Reports: Develop insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders to track progress and showcase results.
- Administer Candidate and Manager Feedback: Lead the process for collecting and analyzing Candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Hiring Manager surveys.
