As a Regional Account Manager, you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets, serving as a primary point of contact and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations
- Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams
- Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups
- Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities
- Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs
- Manage customer projects from start to finish
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, customer service, or account management
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree a plus, not required
