Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Splitero is a company focused on helping homeowners access their home equity without traditional financing constraints. As an Account Executive, you will expand the Wholesale channel by building relationships with brokers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, while also managing sales pipelines and providing exceptional support to partners.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, outbound calling, and responding to incoming inquiries from potential brokers
- Leading communications with prospective brokers, including perfecting pitch calls, to turn leads into partners
- Collaborate with legal to perform background checks on prospective brokers to ensure Splitero performs proper due diligence
- Master knowledge of our HEI product to become a trusted expert for our broker partners
- Onboard and train new brokers on our HEI product and process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded brokers and Loan Officers by answering questions, ensuring Splitero receives documentation for homeowners, and regularly reporting the status of opportunities
- Collaborate closely with processors and closers to ensure a smooth and efficient origination process, guiding Loan Officers from application to a successful closing
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate client data using Salesforce to drive sales and streamline reporting
- Deliver a white-glove experience to our broker and loan officer partners, providing them with the expertise and support needed to secure repeat business
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
- Previous Salesforce experience
- Proven history of successfully managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
- Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing scalable policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively identify and solve problems
- Polished communication skills; the ability to collaborate internally and externally with professionalism, tact, and speed
- Commitment to providing a white-glove experience for broker partners
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with all levels of an organization
- Desire and potential to grow as a People and Functional Manager
- Active NMLS license, or ability to be licensed within 90 days after starting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Ability to work 8am-5pm PST
- Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup
