The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Minimum 3-5 years in full-cycle closing role, with demonstrable prospecting success
- Experience co-selling alongside compatible technology partners and system integrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently
- Experience in CRM software and sales tools
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
