Responsibilities
- Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B or marketplace environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales management and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in the government sector or with government contracts
- Familiarity with the used equipment industry or related marketplaces
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
