Responsibilities
- Prospect into HVAC owners nationwide
- Work outbound replies, chase referrals, pick up the phone, and build your own pipeline on top of what the engine generates
- Run discovery, deliver presentations that land, handle objections from owners who have heard it all, and get contracts signed
- Follow up like it matters, because it does
- You are joining a small, tight team of people who have been delivering for HVAC clients for years, some for decades
- Partner with the founder to sharpen the pitch, the presentation, and the process
- Set the standard for everyone who comes after you
