Search Solution Group is seeking an Account Executive on behalf of a client specializing in innovative drug testing and monitoring services for behavioral health. The Account Executive will drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships with treatment providers and healthcare organizations in the behavioral health and addiction treatment market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with behavioral health, addiction treatment, and mental health providers throughout the assigned territory
- Generate new business opportunities through company-provided leads and self-directed prospecting efforts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Execute strategic territory development plans focused on high-value accounts and payer-aligned opportunities
- Conduct consultative sales discussions regarding laboratory and clinical toxicology service solutions
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing teams, and lead generation partners to maximize business opportunities
- Navigate payer relationships and reimbursement-driven healthcare sales environments
- Transition newly onboarded clients to Account Management teams while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM
- Represent the organization professionally within the behavioral health and healthcare communities
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients focused on sustainable growth and service excellence
- Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and market dynamics within behavioral health and toxicology services
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or business development experience
- Proven success selling within behavioral health, addiction treatment, or mental health markets
- Demonstrated experience generating and closing new business opportunities
- Experience managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasting
- Experience working independently in a remote sales environment
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong prospecting and business development capabilities

- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
