They are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage client relationships, guide clients through implementation, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations
- Identify growth opportunities and advocate for client needs internally
- Coordinate onboarding and training initiatives
- Deliver regular account updates and usage metrics
- Address client concerns with clarity and urgency
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and feedback
- Travel for onsite training, go-lives, and relationship development (up to 75%)

- Relevant experience in account management roles
- Open to travel and close to airport
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role-ideally within a SaaS or healthcare environment
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, or digital health platforms (e.g., EMRs, EHRs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects in a remote and fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%; proximity to a major airport is preferred
