They are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to oversee daily operational frameworks, enhance staff productivity, and drive workplace efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Creating and optimizing administrative systems and processes to help central office staff succeed in their everyday roles
- Leading interactive staff learning sessions, tool demonstrations, and facilitated discussions regarding technological adoption and workflow efficiency strategies
- Translating complex operational and technical concepts into practical, immediately useful workplace applications
- Collaborating closely with the CEO, Management Team, and full ACUI staff to ensure cross-departmental coordination and seamless operational execution
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
- Engaging members through social media
Skills
- Strong affinity for tech and modern tools (such as artificial intelligence, workflow automations, and productivity applications)
- Enjoy finding ways to apply tech to real-world work environments
- Love coaching, training, and communicating complex ideas to a mixed audience
