We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Representative to join our team at Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a vital role in recruiting and guiding qualified students through the admissions process, providing exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and enroll qualified students for our academic programs, ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions experience
- Provide expert guidance and information to prospective students, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls to interested prospects, building strong relationships and driving enrollment growth
- Maintain accurate records of admissions activities, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and company policies
- Participate in training and meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contributing to the development of our admissions strategies
- Mentor students to identify their skills and interests, helping them achieve their academic and career goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, with a strong background in consultative sales and recruiting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
- Associate's Degree or higher, with a strong academic record and a passion for education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
