They are seeking a highly skilled Epic PB Advanced Application Analyst to support and enhance their Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application, directly impacting revenue cycle performance across the health system.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application with a focus on community connect configuration
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements, system optimization, and workflow improvements
- Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation
- Provide PB-related data analysis to support key revenue cycle initiatives and operational performance
- Contribute Epic subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects requiring PB configuration knowledge
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
- Epic PB certification or accreditation required
- Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle processes, and payer requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a remote or hybrid work environment
