About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving issues, and providing product information to our cardmembers. You will work collaboratively with our automation development team to identify opportunities to improve our conversational AI platform and chatbot capabilities. Your expertise will help us deliver hyper-personalized experiences to our customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns
• Collaborate with the automation development team to identify opportunities to improve our conversational AI platform and chatbot capabilities
• Analyze customer data, conversational analytics, and industry trends to inform product development and improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver products that balance short-term needs with long-term investments
• Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform product decisions
