This is a 1099 Contractor position.

Job Overview: In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and clients—delivering responsive, professional support via phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, empathetic, and skilled at managing multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries
• Provide clear, friendly, and efficient assistance to customers and vendors
• Log all communications and updates accurately in HubSpot CRM
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to enhance service quality
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in every interaction
Qualifications:
• 2 years or more of customer service, call center, or sales support experience
• Experience with online chat systems and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Bilingual (written and conversational)
• Sales or upselling experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Must have own laptop or computer equipment
