Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking Business Analysts to assist IT customers in understanding business requirement documents. The role involves meeting with customers, documenting their data needs, and ensuring clarity in business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Get tickets out of ServiceNow (customer will train on ServiceNow if needed)
- Meet with customers to make sure they understand requirements
- Write business requirement documents
- Data Discovery - Listen to business customers to discover data needs and capture those needs in the document
- ServiceNow is preferred
- Turn in BRDs to managers after review and input into ServiceNow
- Light product management and Business Relationship Management experience
- 100% Excellent communication is required; verbal and written
- One interview
