Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Amlon Group is dedicated to delivering high performing thermal destruction services that protect the environment and public health. The National Account Manager will be responsible for direct sales of these services, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively sell thermal destruction services to prospective customers across the country
- Develops and maintains a pipeline of opportunities
- Develops and maintains a sales strategy for existing and potential customers
- Develops customer lead activity through a variety of methods, including cold-calling, direct mail campaigns, and other outreach activities
- Participates in special projects and promotional campaigns under direction of the Sales Director
- Utilizes The Amlon Group’s CRM system to update all activities and related pipeline movement
- Track *all* communication and documentation regarding customer-facing emails in CRM (including texts)
- Work closely with the operations team to update all related contacts not currently recorded in CRM
- Prepare monthly reviews with the operations team of complete report of customers and contacts; edit and add as necessary
Skills
- Prior experience in thermal destruction services and sales
- Ability to differentiate Baytown's technology from other industry disposal options
- Knowledge of sales theory and sales cycle
- Ability to travel within given sales territory
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Proactively engage in natural verbal and written interaction with customers
- Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company, teamwork
- Ability to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting
- Computer skills and willingness to share information in our systems (HubSpot, PandaDoc, MS Office Suite)
- Multi-tasking individual who uses project management skills to accomplish goals

- This position works in a typical office environment and will be required to be outdoors in the plant from time to time as needed. Safety glasses and closed toe shoes are always required when in the plant or warehouse
- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate
- Post-secondary education is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years previous sales experience / prospecting in business-to-business services involving varying sales cycles and multiple levels of decision makers is preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce
