Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flex is building an AI-native private bank for business owners, aiming to re-architect the financial system for entrepreneurs. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events
- Utilize our CRM and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Engage with key decision-makers at target companies to initiate sales conversations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline throughout the quarters to ensure coverage is there to attain goals / KPIs
- Learn and stay updated on Flex, industry trends, and competition to maintain in-depth knowledge

Skills
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role within a high-growth environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying leads
- A passion for developing and fostering relationships, enjoying meaningful interpersonal interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail
- An overachiever who never quits, never takes no for an answer, and consistently succeeds in all endeavors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and take on various roles as needed
- A strong enthusiasm for the FinTech/startup space, with a keen interest in industry trends and developments
- A degree in business or a related field is a plus
