Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in ServiceNow. The role involves utilizing business process expertise to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring quality and documentation throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
- Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
- Serves as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other BA/BPCs on the team
- Help to direct more junior members of the team
- Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies
Skills
- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM & HRSD
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
- Strong presentation skills

- Self-starter
- Certified System Administrator
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
