Responsibilities
• Facilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements
• Analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications
• Manage change control processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout projects
• Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business objectives
• Identify and propose solutions for complex system-related challenges
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain and update user and technical documentation as needed
• Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders effectively
Skills
• Strong skills in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Experience in advisory or wealth management environments
