The Client Solution Analyst will work with the Client Delivery Services team to gather requirements, support project management, and ensure that the final product meets client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Have proficiency in understating scope and objectives by a thorough understanding of business systems and requirements
- Act as a liaison with end-user clients during the design and configuration of software requirements and customer specifications
- Excel in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration
- Have natural curiosity and a drive to understand complex concepts and systems, expanding scope beyond immediate areas of ownership
- Be a creative, flexible and positive problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate into proper system requirement specifications
- Adhere to process workflows SLA's, and escalation protocols
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Promo suite of solutions
- Perform timely and thorough proofreading of approved content to ensure high-quality delivery
- Prepare Pharma regulatory submission materials and submits documentation into client systems when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
- 2-5 yrs. of professional experience
- Understanding of Pharma and Market access space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
