SARELLY is a rapidly growing premium beauty brand from Latin America, focused on delivering high-performance makeup for Latina consumers. The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee the operational success of SARELLY’s US retail business, ensuring effective coordination between various stakeholders and driving retail execution and growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational execution with our retail partners, working alongside our broker and leadership team
- Coordinate item setup, purchase orders, replenishment, product launches, promotions, assortment updates and issue resolution
- Monitor retailer compliance, fill rate, OTIF performance and deduction resolution
- Build strong working relationships with merchandising, replenishment and operations teams, proactively identifying opportunities to improve execution and support future growth
- Manage relationships with brokers, agencies and external commercial partners
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and support commercial planning with existing retail partners
- Identify opportunities to improve sell-through, expand assortment, secure promotional moments and strengthen retailer partnerships
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives with the Marketing team
- Hold partners accountable through clear priorities, KPIs and regular business reviews
- Own commercial reporting and performance dashboards
- Analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, forecasting, trade spend, deductions and promotional performance
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure flawless execution across every retail launch and commercial initiative
- Support new retail launches, business reviews and commercial planning
- Build scalable processes that enable SARELLY’s continued retail expansion
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Planning or Key Account Management
- Experience supporting major US beauty retail accounts, ideally within mass and/or prestige retail
- Hands-on experience with retailer operational processes including item setup, purchase order management, replenishment, forecasting and retailer compliance
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience managing brokers, agencies or other external partners
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to retailer headquarters, stores and industry events
