Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iPostal1 is seeking a Content Manager to facilitate the production and execution of written assets for their marketing efforts. The role involves hands-on content creation, managing a freelance network, and collaborating with the SEO team to ensure high-quality, strategic content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate assignments for the freelance writer network and external video developers; set operational timelines, track project milestones, and organize invoice processing
- Review and edit external submissions with precision; provide substantive editorial feedback to enforce brand voice, absolute factual accuracy, and high grammatical standards before final approval
- Draft varied content pieces including articles, press releases, and marketing and ad copy. Support the brand's voice while working across multiple distinct formats
- Partner directly with the SEO/AEO team to execute strategic keyword objectives and align incoming submissions with targeted search and intent strategies
- Maintain the cross-functional content calendar and uphold editorial style guidelines to support efficient, repeatable production workflows
Skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional writing experience in marketing, PR, journalism, content strategy, or a closely related discipline
- Management experience
- Proven portfolio of publication-quality writing with examples of web content
- Line-editing, proofreading, and quality assurance abilities
- Sharp project coordination skills
- BA in English, Communications, or Journalism
- Working familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience offering explicit editorial direction to freelance pools or asset developers
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS digital landscapes
