The Contract Coordinator role involves preparing, examining, negotiating, and revising contracts to ensure they align with management's goals and policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures contracts are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures
- Assures that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract
- Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file
- Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist
- Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of contracting experience
- Performs work under direct supervision
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
