Skills
- Contract management experience in federal or state government environments
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

- Tier 1, 2, and 3 Technical Support experience
- IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge
- Operating System (OS) Support experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
