We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Assistant to support our Creative Director in driving our brand's vision forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publication
- Foster community engagement through prompt responses to comments and messages, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative concepts
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to spotlight events and seasonal offerings, and ensure website content is up-to-date and reflective of our brand
- Create compelling visuals for social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency
- Capture and edit photographs and videos showcasing our products, events, and café atmosphere
- Organize and maintain calendars for content planning and deadlines, and streamline project files and materials for workflow efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and social media best practices, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for customer engagement and storytelling
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, and website management platforms, such as Squarespace or Shopify
- Basic graphic design capabilities, including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong photography and videography skills, including editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media management is essential
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation is preferred
- A passion for coffee, cuisine, and community-building is a must
