What You'll Do:
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via phone.
- Answer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, drug benefits, and mail order services.
- Empower members to understand their coverage and options.
- Provide solutions and support to enhance their healthcare experience.

Requirements:

- Adherence to HIPAA regulations.
