Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wallaby Search & Placement is seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service professional to join Tigris Fulfillment Partners’ rapidly growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for working through and resolving a high volume of customer issues around deliveries, returns, orders, invoices and more.
Responsibilities
- Be one of the main points of contact for Tigris’ customers, with a heavy focus product returns
- Provide customers with product information, and resolve customer issues and a timely and friendly manner
- Process returns, generate orders, track deliveries, and escalate issues you’re unable to resolve yourself
- Learn new skills, tools, and best practices every day
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to values and integrity
- An ability to see the 'big picture' and help ensure the right tasks are completed at the right times
- Initiative and drive to continue to improve and help those around you improve
- Bonus points if in a fulfillment / logistics setting
- NetSuite experience, a plus
