Our paid training program starts on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, and runs for two weeks, followed by a one-week nesting period. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for your role as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.
