Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Objection Proof AI is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of AI-powered sales automation. The Customer Success Manager will be the human face of the AI platform, responsible for onboarding clients, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding calls and make sure every new customer knows how to use the system on day one
- Own the client relationship post-launch, check in proactively, drive adoption, and spot ways to deepen their use of the platform
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve client support tickets with clear records and timely updates
- Troubleshoot common client-facing issues (field mapping, trigger logic, sync issues) and escalate complex technical problems to the Integrations team
- Build and maintain client-facing documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to reduce repeat questions
- Channel client feedback to the product and integrations teams so the experience keeps improving
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English, you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without making them feel dumb
- Comfort navigating unfamiliar software and CRMs; you don't panic when a client shows you a tool you've never seen before
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in a professional setting
- Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- A genuine service-first attitude, you get satisfaction from making other people successful
- Prior customer success, account management, or support experience at a SaaS or tech company
- Working knowledge of CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Podio
- Familiarity with automation platforms or AI / voice products
- Background in sales technology, lead management, or marketing automation
