Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry, and they are seeking a Data Analyst for their Reporting Partnerships team. The role involves generating physician-level reporting and maintaining client measurement analytics through Python and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used to power client measurement
- Deliver new Python scripts for reporting use cases, from adapting existing client templates to building custom client scripts end-to-end
- Conduct daily QA and act as a point-of-contact for teammates’ SQL and Python questions, helping raise the overall bar for code quality and consistency
- Create and maintain both Python and SQL-based aggregate reports as needed
Skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience working in business analytics or performance reporting
- Excellent SQL skills to create and evaluate complex statements involving numerous tables and data relationships
- Fluency in Python, with hands-on experience building, maintaining, and debugging scripts for data processing or reporting
- Experience stepping into client-facing roles, especially to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to stay ahead of multiple deadlines at once
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset: comfortable working through scripting updates largely on your own, escalating questions or issues when necessary
- A continuous-improvement focus, always looking to automate operational processes, elevate code quality, and deliver faster, more accurate reporting while strengthening value to clients
