About the Role
As a Data Entry Executive, you will be the backbone of our data management operations, ensuring that passenger data, flight information, and other critical operational facts are accurately captured and updated in the airline's computer systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be crucial in driving the success of our partnership with Alaska Airlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update passenger data, flight information, and other operational facts into the airline's computer systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process reservation data, including bookings, cancellations, and changes to flight itineraries, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage and update customer information, ensuring that all data is current and accurate, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with data security and privacy guidelines.
- Assist with the input of financial and accounting data related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses, ensuring that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed, ensuring that our data management systems are reliable and efficient.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of data between systems, promoting seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of the importance of data protection.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by the airline's management team, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to maintain a fast and accurate typing speed.
- Familiarity with computer applications and data entry software; knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
