Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from images into our data capture system with high accuracy and speed
- Input data in the prescribed format, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems
- Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and scan and edit for errors during entry
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as posting payments, preparing deposits, NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing
- Maintain incoming and outgoing mail, and enter new business data as time permits
- Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system
- Review open tickets to determine the outcome of Help Desk interactions and email responses to customers
- Ensure that all tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
While prior experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience in a technology company or busy online retailer
- Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working on a computer all day, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise emails to customers
Preferred Qualifications
