They are seeking a Digital (Outbound) Sales Associate to conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, address their needs, and upsell products based on individual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
- No cold calling
- Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
- Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
- Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
Skills
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
- Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Attention to detail and strong follow through
- Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
- A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
- Must reside in the United States
- Remote work experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
