Responsibilities
- Author complex, grounded benchmark tasks used to evaluate LLMs on visual document understanding and instruction-following in the Electrical & Electronics domain
- Each task requires a clear ground-truth output and objective rubric high-impact work that directly shapes model evaluation quality
- Fully flexible schedule; work is completed independently on your own timeline
- Engaged as an independent contractor no access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer or institution required
- Projects may be extended or adjusted based on performance and evolving needs
Skills
- Deep domain expertise in Electrical & Electronics engineering, with the ability to author technically rigorous, verifiable tasks
- Comfortable designing evaluation items with unambiguous ground-truth answers and structured scoring rubrics
- Experience interpreting or producing visual technical documents (schematics, datasheets, diagrams, technical manuals)
- Strong written communication skills tasks must be clearly structured and self-contained
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent quality
- Background in hardware engineering, power systems, circuit design, embedded systems, or a related specialization
- Familiarity with model evaluation, technical assessment design, or academic benchmarking
