The role involves leading and managing Epic ClinDoc analysts, providing expert-level guidance for ClinDoc/Stork modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Epic ClinDoc analysts to ensure successful implementation and optimization
• Provide expert-level build and guidance for ClinDoc/Stork modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for seamless system integration
• Analyze and document business and clinical requirements
• Support system design, build, testing, and go-live activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for workflows, configuration, and functionality

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Epic implementations
• Current Epic certifications in ClinDoc and Stork
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and system integration
• Experience working in large healthcare environments
• Clinical background
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts
• At least 2 full-cycle Epic implementations
