They are seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of their platform, owning products from idea to production and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and launch new products and features from 0→1
- Own projects from concept through production deployment
- Build scalable, high-quality applications using modern web technologies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and customers to solve real business problems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and help grow a world-class engineering team
- Drive improvements across performance, scalability and developer experience
Skills
- Strong experience building production full stack applications
- Expertise with TypeScript, React, Node.js and modern cloud infrastructure
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Track record of shipping customer-facing products with real business impact
- Strong product mindset and ability to balance technical excellence with customer value
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
