They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize marketing campaigns across key channels, focusing on performance improvement and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Manage paid media (social, retargeting, etc.)
- Apply segmentation and targeting strategies across campaigns
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance
- Support execution of lifecycle and email marketing programs
- Improve email performance (engagement, CTR, conversion)
- Manage social campaigns and content distribution
Skills
- 3–5+ years in growth or performance digital marketing
- Experience with paid media, email marketing, and social media
- Hands-on approach to marketing
- Analytical and curious mindset
- Comfortable figuring things out and moving quickly
- Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., content creation, campaign development, or analysis)
- Ability to work in a time zone within 3 hours of EST
