As a Healthcare Call Center Associate at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll navigate multiple systems to manage a steady volume of incoming calls, addressing a range of customer concerns, such as insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges.
