Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing Veterinarian Service Organization that provides business solutions to veterinary practices across the US. The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting the employee lifecycle, and resolving HRIS inquiries while working closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now support for employees and managers across 250+ veterinary practice locations
- Respond to HRIS-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including: New hire registration and login issues, Time & Attendance support, System access and security requests, Paid Time Off (PTO) questions, General navigation and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now throughout the employee lifecycle, including: New hires and onboarding, Promotions and transfers, Compensation changes, Employment status changes, Terminations
- Ensure complete and accurate data entry, utilizing all required fields and following established HR data governance standards
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Monitor file feeds and integrations within ADPWFN and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Generate and distribute ADP data reports to support business operations, compliance requirements, and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform routine audits using ADP custom reports to validate data accuracy and maintain system integrity
- Provide support for HR system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities
- Assist in delivering training and documentation for new HR processes and system functionality
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Human Resources, or another HR data-focused role
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and continuously evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with managers and employees across all organizational levels
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-location organization is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
