Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and leverage sales expertise to help customers navigate purchases within the upholstery category
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue, calls per day targets, and other established KPIs
- Influence sales through creative offerings and impactful initiatives
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound interactions to create a positive customer experience
- Adapt to rapid change in a high-energy, focused, and dynamic work environment
- Collaborate effectively with the team to share innovative ideas and solutions

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Technical category sales experience highly preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to use expertise to assist customers
- Adaptability and willingness to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth industry
- Effective communication skills and technical proficiency
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Private workspace with reliable internet connection (25mbps download and 5+ upload)
